What is the All Indonesia Arrival Card?
This digital document is the new mandatory arrival card for every traveller entering Indonesia. It brings several entry formalities — immigration, customs, health and quarantine — together in a single online system, designed to simplify the process and speed up checks at the airport.
You may also see it called the Declaration Card or the Declaration Form — these all refer to the same online submission, managed through the Indonesian immigration authority (imigrasi). In practice, it combines your entry record with a customs declaration and a short health form.
SATUSEHAT and e-CD: what has changed
Before the single arrival card was introduced, travellers had to complete the SATUSEHAT health declaration and the e-CD customs declaration separately. Both forms are now built directly into the arrival card: there's no need to fill them in on their own — everything is handled in one online submission.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the All Indonesia Arrival Card replace my visa?
No. The arrival card is a mandatory declaration (immigration, customs and health) but it does not replace a visa or e-Visa, which must be arranged separately depending on your nationality.
Do Indonesian citizens need to complete it too?
Yes. This formality is mandatory for every traveller entering Indonesia, including Indonesian citizens returning from abroad. No nationality is exempt.
Do I still need to submit a separate SATUSEHAT or e-CD form?
No, both forms are now built into the single arrival card — one online submission is all that's needed.
When should I complete my arrival card?
Ideally within the 3 days before you land in Indonesia, so your flight details stay accurate and up to date.
Is All-Indonesia.org an official government website?
No. All-Indonesia.org is an independent assistance service. The arrival card can always be completed for free directly on the official Indonesian government portal; we offer a paid, guided service for travellers who prefer support with the process.
Is there an official arrival card app?
No dedicated official app is required. The arrival card is completed through the government website or through an assistance service like this one — treat any app promising instant approval with caution.
Is a Visa on Arrival the same as the arrival card?
No. A Visa on Arrival is a separate entry visa some nationalities may need to pay for at the border. The arrival card is a mandatory declaration required in addition to any visa, e-Visa or Visa on Arrival.
What does the immigration and customs declaration actually cover?
Your submission covers immigration entry details, a customs declaration for any goods you're bringing in, and a basic health declaration — all combined into the one arrival card form.
