These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all orders placed by the Client for the service(s) offered on this site by SECURE ONLINE PAYMENT SOP LTD (the "Provider"). They are available at all times on this site and, where applicable, prevail over any other contradictory version or document. The Provider may update these Terms at any time; the version in force at the date of your order is the one that applies to it.
1. Definitions
- Client: any individual or legal entity placing an order for the Service on all-indonesia.org, for personal or professional purposes, on their own behalf.
- Order: any action by the Client to request the Service — selecting the assistance tier, completing the application form, and paying the applicable fee described in Article 4.
- Arrival Card: the mandatory Indonesian entry declaration (immigration, customs and health) that the Service helps the Client complete and submit. Assistance with the arrival card does not constitute, and is not a substitute for, a visa, e-VOA or any other entry visa.
- Provider: SECURE ONLINE PAYMENT SOP LTD, operating this site and delivering the Service described in these Terms.
- Service: the paid assistance offered on all-indonesia.org for completing and submitting an Indonesia arrival card application.
- Site: the website all-indonesia.org, published and maintained by the Provider.
- User: any person browsing the Site, whether or not they are a Client.
2. Purpose
This Site is an assistance platform allowing Users to request help completing their Indonesia arrival card ahead of travel. These Terms define the contractual relationship between the Provider and Users of the Site, and govern use of the Site and any Service order.
By using this Site, you accept these Terms without reservation. Placing a Service order constitutes full and unqualified acceptance of these Terms by the Client, to the exclusion of any other terms. The Client confirms having read and accepted these Terms by ticking the relevant box during the online order process.
2. Nature of the service
The Provider is an independent assistance service and is not affiliated with the Government of Indonesia or any Indonesian authority. The arrival card can always be completed directly and free of charge on the official government portal. The Provider's fee covers the assistance described in Article 4 — reviewing the Client's details, preparing the submission, and providing support — not a government charge. Submission of an arrival card does not guarantee entry into Indonesia; final admission decisions rest solely with Indonesian immigration authorities.
3. Order process
A Client wishing to use the Provider's online service to obtain assistance with an arrival card follows this general process:
- Accurate information: the Client must provide complete and accurate information for the Service ordered, via the online forms on the Site.
- Review and confirmation: before submitting an order, the Client may review all information entered and the key elements of the Service requested, including the assistance tier chosen and total price.
- Order confirmation: the Client confirms the order by acknowledging the accuracy of the information provided and agreeing to proceed with the Service.
- Payment: once confirmed, the Client is directed to payment, made through the means offered on the Site.
- Confirmation: once the order is recorded and payment completed, the Provider confirms the order by email or other electronic means.
4. Pricing
4.1 — Assistance tiers. The Provider offers three assistance tiers for the arrival card Service:
- Standard — €59 per application
- Fast — €79 per application
- Urgent — €99 per application
The total price is always displayed to the Client before final confirmation and payment. The Client is responsible for reviewing and accepting the total amount before placing an order. Prices are shown in EUR, inclusive of all applicable taxes; other display currencies may be offered for convenience at checkout, but the EUR amount governs in the event of any discrepancy.
4.2 — Refund policy. No refund can be granted once payment has been confirmed. The Client acknowledges that the Service consists of personalised assistance that begins as soon as payment is confirmed, and before any interaction with the relevant official authorities.
5. Payment terms
Payment is due at the time of order. Payments are accepted by card only, through a secure payment system using SSL encryption, so that information transmitted cannot be accessed by third parties in transit. The Provider is only contractually bound to the Client once authorisation of the debit has been received from the card issuer.
6. Processing times, changes and refusals
6.1 — Processing times. Processing of your arrival card application takes between 12 and 72 hours, depending on the assistance tier chosen (Standard, Fast or Urgent). Processing also depends on your arrival date; your final document is delivered no later than 2 days before your departure.
Once processed, the Client receives the final official document (PDF) at the email address provided when ordering. Any error in the information supplied by the Client is the Client's sole responsibility.
6.2 — Changes to submitted information. Once the final document has been sent, no further modification is possible. Any correction requires a new application to be submitted, and may involve additional fees.
6.3 — Refusals. The Provider will inform the Client of any refusal by the relevant authorities. The Provider has no ability to contest or resubmit a refused application on the Client's behalf. If the Client wishes to submit a new application, they may do so by placing a new order and paying the applicable fee. No refund is granted for an application refused by the competent authorities.
7. Right of withdrawal
Given the time-sensitive nature of arrival card assistance and the need to avoid delays that could be detrimental to the Client ahead of travel, performance of the Service begins as soon as payment is validated and the Client's complete file is received — before expiry of any statutory withdrawal period — which the Client expressly authorises and accepts.
Accordingly, in line with standard consumer protection principles applicable to services fully performed with the consumer's prior express consent and explicit waiver of the withdrawal right (see, for example, the UK's Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, or the equivalent provisions applicable in your country of residence), the right of withdrawal does not apply once the Service has been fully performed with your express agreement to begin immediately.
This section is a general description and is not a substitute for legal advice; consumer rights vary by jurisdiction and the Provider will confirm the specific position applicable to your order at checkout.
8. Personal data
The Provider, as data controller, processes personal data to fulfil the Client's order and, more generally, for administrative and business management purposes, in accordance with the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and, where applicable, the EU GDPR. Full details of this processing — purposes, retention periods, and your rights — are set out in our Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
The Provider's role is limited to assisting the Client in preparing and submitting their arrival card application. The Provider is not responsible for decisions made by Indonesian immigration or customs authorities, including any refusal, delay, or additional requirement imposed on arrival. The Client remains responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide and for meeting all other entry requirements applicable to their trip (visa, passport validity, onward travel, and any applicable local levies).
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or their subject matter, is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
