Common questions before you write to us
- Where's my application up to? Send us your reference number and we'll get back to you within a few hours.
- Can I change my application after paying? Get in touch as soon as possible — depending on the status of your file, a correction may still be possible.
- How will I receive my QR code? It's emailed to you as soon as your application is confirmed.
- I haven't received my QR code by email. Check your spam folder, then write to us with your reference number.
